As our AI Solutions Architect, you will design and implement transformative AI capabilities that enhance audit quality and insight and support efficient operations across our practice. You will be instrumental in developing document analysis solutions, automated testing methodologies, and AI-powered audit planning tools that will position RSM UK at the forefront of audit innovation. This role sits at the intersection of technology innovation and business strategy, offering the opportunity to drive transformation that will position RSM at the forefront of digital services.
Responsibilities
* Designing and implementing AI solutions for document analysis, transaction analytics, and audit automation
* Evolving AI governance frameworks and quality assurance processes
* Leading proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluating emerging AI technologies
* Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless platform integration
* Working with audit teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
Qualifications / What we are looking for
You will be a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into technical implementations while managing expectations about what AI can realistically deliver.
* Proven experience in AI/ML solution architecture and implementation
* Strong knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and generative AI technologies
* Experience with Azure AI services or similar cloud AI platforms
* Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI principles
* Experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
