Senior Building Surveyor - Liverpool
Due to continuing success and as they continue to expand as a company and within their Building Surveying team in Liverpool, this leading property consultancy are now seeking a passionate and driven individual who is looking for their next opportunity as a Senior Building Surveyor.
You’ll be joining an experienced team of Building Surveyors with a focus on several key client accounts. You will be providing technical support to prestigious clients with varied national property portfolios.
MRICS (preferable) you will have experience of advising on commercial, retail or educational properties either in the public or private sector.
The role will require you to be the key point of contact with prestigious clients, therefore a high level of communication skills and commercial awareness are essential for being successful in this role.
