Your new role
Working as a temporary receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors, taking and re-directing inbound calls, taking messages when required, dealing with post and couriers, as well as ad-hoc administration when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have receptionist / administrative experience. You will be friendly and professional, you are the first point of contact for all visitors and calls into the switchboard. You'll have a can-do attitude and be able to get to Llansamlet.
What you'll get in return
This is a short-term temporary role initially with the chance of future short-term cover, holidays, sickness etc.
