A multidisciplinary consultancy based in London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale, complex projects across a range of sectors. Working within a collaborative, driven team, the Senior Project Manager will deliver from concept through to completion-ensuring all aspects of time, cost and quality are rigorously managed.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning strategic objectives with day-to-day project execution, supporting both clients and junior colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.
The Senior Project Manager's Role
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the complete project lifecycle-from developing initial plans, budgets and programmes to managing risk, procurement and reporting. You will lead regular site meetings, coordinate with internal commercial teams and external stakeholders, and ensure all outputs align with strategic business objectives.
Duties include managing commercial reporting, reviewing technical documentation, preparing mitigation plans, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring ongoing quality assurance. The Senior Project Manager will also act as the key client liaison and escalate critical issues as needed to the Project Director.
The Senior Project Manager
* Ideally degree qualified in a construction-related field or equivalent experience
* Extensive project management experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
* Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and risk mitigation
* Skilled in interpreting drawings, programmes, and technical documentation
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
* Experience in mentoring junior team members and contributing to company-wide best practices
* Relevant industry qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM or RICS (desirable)
