Job Description:
As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading our consumer sales team to success. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and fostering a culture of excellence within the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales opportunities.
- Analys sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Provide regular performance feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and implement development plans as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the telecommunications or internet service industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the designated territory.
