About the job you\\\\\\\'re considering
As a Lead Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and strengthening client relationships within a key business area. Reporting to the Head of Client Account Management, you’ll lead business development efforts, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.

We offer a hybrid working model that supports flexibility and work-life balance, combining time at home, in our offices, and on client sites as needed.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, thrives in dynamic environments, and is passionate about helping clients solve complex challenges. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with our partners and explore new partnership opportunities that add value to our clients and business.

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and a passion for delivering value to clients. You don’t need to tick every box to apply—if you bring most of the experience and are excited about the role, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and deliver outcomes that drive satisfaction and long-term value.
* Communicate with clarity and confidence, including in senior-level and boardroom settings.
* Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
* Have experience in business development within a large IT or consulting environment.
* Understand how to connect the dots across services and solutions to create relevant, impactful offerings.
* Contribute client insights to help shape innovative solutions and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with peers and leadership to meet shared business development goals.
* Maintain a network of industry contacts, including partners, analysts, and prospective clients.
* Bring knowledge of the public sector and an understanding of the trends shaping it.
* Create compelling value propositions that align with client needs and business goals.
* Contribute to opportunity reviews and help qualify client demand for our solutions.
* Support account planning and strategy development in alignment with broader business goals.
* Help build and maintain partnerships that enhance our reputation and client impact.
* Have some hands-on experience in IT solution or service delivery, or a strong understanding of how technology enables business transformation.
* Bring experience from within or outside the consulting industry—especially in public sector environments.
