Toolmaker / Precision Engineer Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (DOE) Type: Full-time, permanent A family-owned precision engineering and toolmaking business with over 50 years of heritage supplying some of the most demanding industries in the UK - including Formula 1, automotive OEMs, defence, and specialist manufacturing. We design, build and support high-precision tooling, fixtures and components where quality, accuracy and engineering thinking really matter. With continued investment in CNC, grinding, EDM, inspection and heat treatment, we are now expanding our toolmaking and precision engineering team. This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who wants variety, responsibility and the satisfaction of building complex, high-value tooling - not just running production parts. The Role You will be involved in the manufacture, fitting, development and maintenance of precision tooling and components, working across multiple departments including CNC milling, EDM, grinding, and bench fitting.
