Job Summary
Isio is seeking an experienced pensions professional to join the Operational Solutions (OS) Team, where the focus is on delivering optimal outcomes for members of pension schemes through strategic reviews, data and benefit rectification, and operational improvements.
Responsibilities
* Drive new business activities—build relationships with potential clients, produce tender submissions and lead pitches.
* Lead client relationships for a diverse range of schemes, providing expert guidance on complex strategic challenges.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape service delivery models and propose innovative ideas internally.
* Support the development of team members through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
* Lead and win client engagements in operational, data and benefit rectification projects.
* Advocate innovative thinking on product and strategic development.
* Maintain a proven network of relationships with independent trustees and pension schemes.
* Grow client revenue through business development and a commercial mindset.
* Lead or contribute to a leadership team, managing learning and development and fostering an inclusive culture.
* Take on high-level responsibility and work effectively in a team.
* Engage in large-scale pension scheme projects such as insurer‑side due diligence, data and benefit rectification, insurance readiness, operating model reviews and GMPE data delivery.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in pensions, particularly in operational solutions, data and benefit rectification.
* Proven ability to build and manage relationships with trustees, sponsors and pension schemes.
* Business development experience and a commercial mindset with evidence of growing client revenue.
* Strong leadership and team management skills; experience in coaching, mentoring and performance management.
* Creative and innovative mindset to drive product and strategic development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
* Ability to handle high responsibility and work effectively in a cross‑functional team.
