Our Client is seeking an experiencedIT Technician to take ownership of the day-to-day administration and support of their ERP system. Acting as a key link between IT and the wider business, this role focuses on system configuration, user support, and the continuous improvement of ERP processes.
This is a hands-on administration and system ownership role andnot a software development position.
Key responsibilities:
ERP Administration & Support
* Reporting to IT Manager
* Act as the primary administrator for the Acumatica ERP system
* Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings
* Provide first- and second-line ERP support to users across the business
* Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate timely resolutions
* Maintain accurate system and process documentation
* Manage change control within the Acumatica ERP environment
Configuration & Continuous Improvement
1. Configure screens, workflows, reports, and dashboards
2. Support minor enhancements and ongoing process improvements
3. Assist with system testing and upgrades
4. Support data imports and exports
