This is a customer-facing, hands-on role where youll be at the frontline of the business, delivering high standards of service and technical support across critical environments. As the Field Service Engineer, youll be responsible for providing market-leading technical support across the companys full product range. Youll work primarily within hospitals, prisons, and universities, supporting a mix of electrical and mechanical systems. The role is field-based, supported by a strong internal team, and offers excellent earning potential through paid travel time, overtime, and on-call allowances.Field Service Engineer Job Description
* Deliver high-quality technical support and customer service across their product range.
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems in the field.
* Identify and report product faults, early failures, and corrective actions.
* Improve efficiency through high first-time fix rates and reduced return visits.
* Work closely with internal teams to improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
Field Service Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Experience in a field service or technical role.
* Customer-facing experience with a strong service-driven mindset.
* Experience with fire systems, alarms, or communication systems is advantageous
* Basic knowledge of electrical and communication systems.
* Full UK driving licence and eligible for DBS clearance.
