Overview
Assistive Living Technology Installation Assistant role at Barnsley Council. Salary: £25,583–£25,989 plus laptop. Working arrangements: Mon–Friday, 9am–5pm. Hours per week: 37. Contract type: Permanent.
Responsibilities
* Visit service users and install and maintain Telecare equipment to provide round-the-clock support to vulnerable adults, ensuring help is available as soon as possible (for example, after a fall).
* Be part of a team that provides 24/7 nationally accredited Monitoring Centre, Installation & Response services.
* Operate in accordance with applicable safety and procedure requirements relevant to the role.
What you’ll Need
* Relevant Level 2 qualification.
* Experience of working with information-based systems and in a customer-focused and office environment.
