As part of this growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Governance Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded Corporate Governance team. This is a pivotal role offering the chance to manage your own client portfolio, support senior leadership, and play a key part in the continued development of the function.
This is a specialist, non-administrative position, suited to an experienced governance professional looking to step into a broader, more influential role within a scaling business.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients and LLPs, delivering high-quality governance and company secretarial services.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing company formations and LLP incorporations
Supporting corporate restructures and reorganisations
Maintaining statutory registers and company records
Preparing and submitting Confirmation Statements and statutory filings
Drafting board minutes, resolutions and governance documentation
Managing day-to-day company secretarial matters including director changes and registered office updates
Conducting Companies House searches and ensuring compliance
Supporting the Governance Manager with departmental workload and strategic initiatives
Supervising and developing junior team members and trainees
About You

You will have:
CGI qualification (essential or close to completion)
Proven experience in corporate governance, company secretarial or compliance roles
Strong knowledge of statutory requirements and Companies House processes
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Experience using governance systems such as Diligent Entities (desirable)
A proactive mindset with the ability to problem solve and use initiative
