This is a part‑time role for 21 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* To work autonomously as an Occupational Therapist as part of an MDT to provide holistic SDEC care to unwell patients.
* To prioritise, assess, plan and implement patient specific programmes of care, analysing patient needs and making judgements about best practice contributing to the assessment and treatment of patient to prevent hospital admission.
* To provide leadership for junior/non-registered staff as appropriate to the post, through supervision and appraisal, delegating responsibilities as appropriate.
* To manage own caseload.
