Support Engineer. This is a key position for an experienced engineer who takes pride in resolving issues first time, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident working with enterprise-level security platforms. Key Responsibilities: * First-time resolution of technical faults across access control and CCTV systems * Diagnostics, firmware upgrades, and device troubleshooting * Installing and maintaining readers, locks, and control panels * Providing technical support remotely and on-site * Communicating effectively with clients and producing clear technical reports * Maintaining SLA compliance and service documentation ✅ What We’re Looking For: * 5 years’ experience in a service/support role within security systems * Confident troubleshooting enterprise systems (Lenel, Genetec, C.Cure) * Strong IT networking and IP-based systems knowledge * Skilled with laptop-based diagnostics tools * Excellent communicator with a proactive attitude * Valid UK driving licence Bonus Skills: * Experience working within SLA-driven support environments * Willingness to travel across Europe occasionally This role is ideal for a senior engineer ready to take the lead on complex support challenges, build strong client relationships, and work with cutting-edge security technologies.
