Join a FTSE 100 global leader in events, digital services, and research. As Deputy Payroll Manager for the EMEA region, you'll play a key role in managing payroll operations across 12+ countries and 34 payrolls. Reporting to the EMEA Payroll Operations Manager, you'll ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery while supporting a team of seven.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee payroll processing with external bureaus across EMEA
* Ensure compliance with data privacy and payroll legislation
* Prepare payroll reports, approvals, and reconciliations
* Support month-end and year-end reporting (P11D, Class 1A)
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams
* Deputise for the Payroll Operations Manager and support team development
What We're Looking For:
* Extensive payroll experience in complex organisations
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations and financial controls
* Experience with ADP IHCM (preferred)
* Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
* Experience of working on EMEA payrolls (desirable but not essential)
