Electrician for Reactive Repairs in Social Housing
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Electrician to join our team, specialising in reactive repairs for social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to emergency electrical repair requests within social housing properties.
* Diagnosing and fixing electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
* Carrying out installations, rewires, and electrical inspections as required.
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety standards and in compliance with current regulations.
* Maintaining excellent communication with property managers, tenants, and colleagues.
Requirements:
* Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition, and City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in social housing or similar environments is highly desirable.
* Ability to respond quickly to reactive repairs and meet deadlines..
* Full UK driving license.
