Lyssenmore is a Supported Living & Care at Home service based within North Ayrshire. Our staff team provides a person-centred and responsive approach to each individual we support. Lyssenmore specialises in day-to-day support for 22 individuals living with physical and/or learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and sensory challenges.
Our service helps adults in the community to reach their full potential and achieve personalised outcomes tailored to their wants and needs.
As a Support Worker, you will support adults in their own homes, homes with family, and out in the community enjoying local activities. Your duties will vary, offering opportunities to learn and develop while helping people live fuller, happier lives.
Please note that driving and access to personal transport are essential for this role.
Working pattern
We offer Relief work contracts. Shifts will vary, and flexibility is required to support people during their needs. Rota plans are made approximately 4-6 weeks in advance.

* A full driving license is essential due to some service locations.
