Job Details JOB PURPOSE The role of the Finance Renewals Manager is to: è To maximise the sites, Finance Renewals performance and retention. To have a renewal percentage which is in the upper quartile of the network. è Achieve vehicle sales, finance sales, accessory sales volumes and profit objectives. è To support the TM and site team when required. è To upskill and work with sales consultant to improve site retention performance. è To control and generate maximum profit retention for the Sales Department è Maximise business opportunities for finance and insurance products. è Always adhere to the FCA guidelines regarding portraying financial information and regulated activities. è Manage JLR P360 campaigns. è Make outbound prospecting calls to generate site renewal appointments. è Have the ability to work well under pressure, being reliable and organised, managing conflicting demands and meeting deadlines without compromising the quality of work and customer satisfaction. Department/Business/Location: Sales Reports to: Sales Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES è Manage all renewal performance and activity. è Keep records via P360 showing renewal management and activity. è Support the sales operation when required and drive renewal activity and performance. è Full accountably for Renewals and engagement from the team. è Manage customer follow up systems and procedures to increase customer sales from initial enquiries and existing Harwoods customers via the Lead Management System. è Generating sales through proactively second-facing and customer engagement. è Maximise income opportunities by offering funding and insurance products to customers whilst adhering to the FCA guidelines at all times; in regard to portraying financial information and regulated activities. è Actively convey the culture of putting customers first by means of TCF at all times and comply with the principles of the FCA for both the customer and the business. è Review customer credit applications for complete information and accuracy, follow-up applications with customer and lending institutions. è Manage outbound prospecting of finance and renewals. è Step in to support TM’s and site management where required. è Ensure industry leading client experience happen at every point of contact. è Proactively identify and pursue relationship opportunities via outbound sales and marketing channels to improve future renewal activities and finance retention business. è Ensure accurate completion of documentation, prompt collection of outstanding payments and safe handling of cash and cheque transactions. è Understanding of manufacturer mystery shopping criteria and ability to apply this knowledge. è Assist in ensuring that part exchange vehicles are correctly appraised and managed to generate maximum return. è Aim to achieve 100% customer referral with sales executive interaction. è Communicate promptly with the customer, sales manager, sales team and work colleagues. è Analyse current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement. è Formulate training plans for sales executives to increase car sales, finance, insurance and warranty sales. è Consult with customers to establish their needs, resolve any complaints professionally and calmly where necessary. è Represent the dealership and build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions. è Assist the management team in planning, forecasting trends, and revising plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis. è Ensure the safety and security of people, vehicles and property reporting any known faults or hazards Experience: Must have previous relevant experience from the main dealer network.
