This key position in the business will involve providing day to day assistance to their Lettings, Estate Agency and Management teams ensuring they deliver a professional service to clients. Main duties will focus on general administration, spreadsheet work, finance tasks and reports : Lettings administration – processing invoices, liaising with utility companies and councils regarding new tenancies, banking and rent administration. Estate Agency administration – processing invoices, liaising with solicitors/surveyors, updating spreadsheets and communicating with suppliers. Management administration – collating reports and stats for management, finance admin, team administration and working on ad hoc projects. Candidates should have 2/3 years experience working in a busy office environment with high levels of attention to detail and a well organised professional approach. The ability to work well independently and as part of a team are crucial together with confident working knowledge of IT packages such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Full time permanent position working 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, parking available.
