The Role
You will operate as a senior escalation point within the technical team, supporting a range of client environments and resolving complex infrastructure issues.
The role will involve a mixture of 3rd line support, troubleshooting and infrastructure project work, giving you exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments.
You will also occasionally work directly with stakeholders within client organisations, so strong communication skills are important.
What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues
* Supporting Microsoft infrastructure environments across multiple clients
* Troubleshooting advanced 3rd line incidents
* Working with cloud, virtualisation and security platforms
* Supporting infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects
* Communicating technical solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders
Tech Environment
* You will be working across technologies such as:
* Microsoft 365
* Azure / Entra ID
* Windows Server / Active Directory
* Virtualisation platforms
* Backup and disaster recovery technologies
* Endpoint security and monitoring tools
