Key Responsibilities
* Identifying and engaging qualified candidates for various field engineering roles
* Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future project needs
* Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and project goals
* Utilising various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events
* Screening and evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fitCoordinating and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
* Maintaining detailed records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities
* Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and recruitment teams
Job Requirements
* Experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in field engineering roles
* Strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for field engineers
