Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated full-time Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of your clients during our visiting hours (between 07:00 - 22:00). This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working alongside a supportive team in a rewarding environment.
Our office covers the areas of Havant, Hayling Island, Emsworth, Waterlooville and Clanfield.
Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and assistance to residents with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
* Supporting residents with mobility and transferring, using proper lifting and transferring techniques.
* Monitoring and recording vital signs and other relevant information, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
* Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote emotional well-being and mental stimulation.
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
* Collaborating effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care for residents.

* Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. For the full time position, we would require full availability every other weekend.
* Full UK Driver's License with access to your own vehicle.
* Employment is subjective to a full Adults Enhanced DBS check.

* Competitive pay: £13 per hour between 09:00 - 18:00 on weekdays, £14 per hour on evenings, early mornings and weekends.
