Job Description
SHIFT Active Media is looking for a strategist with a passion for the potential of cycling, the outdoors and for creative communications.
Working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, the wider SHIFT team and our clients to develop brand, media, and integrated communications strategies that help cycling and outdoor brands thrive. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of our strategic tools and thought leadership programme.
We believe in the power of collaborating in person to build stronger connections, so we team members to work a minimum of three days per week in our Bath, UK offices.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy and planning. Support strategy and planning on key accounts and develop new communications plans for a wide range of cycling brands, feeding into brand positioning, creative campaigns, PR, and media plans.
2. Insight development. Tap into our research team, unique data sets and expert network to uncover insights into audiences and markets that guide strategic recommendations.
3. Briefing and collaboration. Take an active role in developing new creative, PR, media, and social plans. You will write and deliver discipline-specific briefs and help teams from different disciplines collaborate to create combined solutions.
