As a key member of their conveyancing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting their busy team. Position: Legal Secretary Location: Farnham, Surrey Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the conveyancing team, including preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Efficiently manage the department's filing system, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties, both in person and over the phone, to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. Assist with the coordination of appointments, meetings, and deadlines, ensuring the conveyancing process progresses seamlessly. Undertake general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence. Requirements: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a conveyancing department. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
