Key Responsibilities
Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and post
Performing accurate and efficient data entry
Maintaining filing systems and ensuring documents are well-organised
Providing administrative support to various departments
Handling general clerical tasks such as typing, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies Skills & Experience
Previous office or administrative experience is essential
Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
