What you’ll be doing
1. Providing high-quality personal care for pupils with additional physical needs
2. Supporting pupils with mobility, feeding, hygiene routines and sensory regulation
3. Building warm, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe and understood
4. Helping pupils access learning through structured routines and supportive communication
5. Working closely with teachers, healthcare professionals and support staff
What we’re looking for
6. Experience supporting children or adults with complex needs, medical needs or disabilities
7. A caring, patient person who treats every child with respect and compassion
8. Someone who stays steady in challenging or emotional moments
9. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new approaches
10. An understanding of personal care, moving and handling, or a readiness to be trained
