Office Administrator - Haddenham
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our Manufacturing client based in Haddenham.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8:30-4:00pm
Duties:
* Processing quotations of works for customers in a timely fashion, using the internal CRM system.
* Processing customer orders and taking payments
* Building great relationship with customers to ensure repeat business
* Managing a mailbox
* Answering inbound calls from customers to discuss, company products, deliveries, taking payments and technical enquires.
Requirement:
* Previous order processing/administration experience
* Excellent customer service experience
* Experience using CRM's and Microsoft packages
* Organised, reliable, and great attention to detail
