We’re supporting a leading organisation within the UK defence sector, delivering mission-critical programmes. They’re looking for an HR Advisor on an 18-month temporary contract to join their team in Belfast during a key period of transformation.
The Role
A true generalist position, supporting across HRBP, Resourcing, Reward and Learning — with a strong focus on driving consistency, improving processes, and using data to shape decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
* Managing and advising on ER cases (disciplinary & grievance)
* Supporting HR initiatives and campaigns
* Using data and analytics to identify trends and improve outcomes
* Supporting recruitment and talent management activity
* Identifying risks and supporting HRBPs with insight-led recommendations
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a generalist HR role
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes & ER case management
* Confident working with data / Excel / reporting
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* HR qualification (CIPD 7 desirable)
* Eligible for security clearance
