Description
With a passion for delivering an inspiring and seamless customer journey, you will play a key role in driving business value through operational excellence and continuous optimisation.
This role is responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality experience across all owned channels. You will work closely with senior operations executive and internal Digital teams to enhance performance and build out site content to enhance performance and drive customer engagement to improve conversion.
Accountabilities:
* Take ownership for day-to-day upkeep of the website and app ensure activity is effectively scheduled and prioritised.
* Be the conduit for reporting of bugs to the appropriate product and development teams. Maintain a full understanding of our backend systems and be a SME in how to use these technologies to full effect.
* Understanding of site taxonomy working closely with SEO and Trading teams.
* Building out site content and customer journeys through our content management systems.
* Understand the goals of personalisation and segmentation from our wider customer teams and embrace technology to deliver this in owned channels at scale.
* Reporting regularly on performance of consumer journeys and highlighting opportunities to the Trading teams.
* Work with development and design to ensure assets are provided on time and in the correct formats.
* Create on-site categories for the content and trading teams, ensuring optimisation with SEO team.
* Collaborate with our internal CRO team to develop continuous improvements to customer pain points.
* Understanding and supporting the Email execution process and following that journey onto site.
* Continual competitor analysis.
* Ensure all general site information is both correct and relevant to the customer.
* Managing the flow of customer service enquiries to the appropriate team
Skills:
* Experience of ecommerce operations
* Understanding of web analytics and key KPI’s.
* Experience of PowerBI and / or Shopify is desirable.
* Awareness of industry best-practice and the increasing importance of individualism in site journeys.
* Experience of working collaboratively with a variety of internal stakeholders.
* Organised and detail orientated.
* Strong communication skills
