The position offers a unique opportunity to lead health and safety practice within a rapidly expanding renewable energy company, known for high‑quality Solar PV and battery installation projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead health and safety practices across the business
* Ensure compliance with UK and company policies
* Serve as the first point of contact for all health and safety queries
* Develop and implement health and safety policies
* Conduct site inspections and train staff and contractors on health and safety practices
Qualifications
* Health and Safety Manager experience
* Background in Construction and/or Renewable Energy
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong leadership and managerial experience
