NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHSGGC) is recruiting a Service Delivery Manager within its eHealth Directorate. This senior role offers an excellent development opportunity for candidates seeking career progression.
The primary responsibility is to lead a dynamic team managing operational support for over 200 clinical and non-clinical systems. The role involves continuous service improvement, aligning with the Boards' Digital as Usual Strategy, and collaborating on strategic planning to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree level education with a relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent IT professional qualification.
* ITIL qualification is required.
* Leadership experience in an extensive operational environment, with a proven ability to manage teams and complex projects.
* Knowledge of the NHS in Scotland or similar complex organizations.
Skills & Competencies
* Excellent team-working and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational, commercial awareness, customer focus, analytical, and planning skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work flexibly.
