Are you an experienced payroll professional seeking a new challenge? Our client is currently hiring for the position of Senior Payroll Administrator to join their team on a 12-18 month contract.
Role Overview: As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end payroll processes for our client's organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, performing manual calculations, and utilising ITrent and Workday systems to maintain payroll data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire payroll cycle, including processing payroll data, calculating wages, and distributing pay cheques.
2. Perform manual calculations for taxes, deductions, and other payroll-related expenses.
3. Utilise ITrent and Workday systems to input and maintain accurate payroll information.
4. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
5. Previous experience in a similar payroll role, with a strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
6. Proficiency in using payroll software, including ITrent and Workday.
7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to perform manual calculations effectively.
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Contract: 12-18 months
Working Pattern: Initially 3 days hybrid after 4 weeks during training
