An exciting opportunity has arisen with a Legal 500 firm for an Insolvency Solicitor to join their dynamic and supportive team in Reading.
Seeking candidates with 1-5 years PQE who exhibit drive and a proactive mindset with a minimum of 1 year's experience within Insolvency. Hybrid working, bonus, and much more on offer!
Experience/Qualifications:
* Previous hands-on experience in Insolvency & Corporate Recovery, representing Insolvency Practitioners, lenders, and private clients.
* Ideally, a blend of contentious and non-contentious expertise across corporate and personal insolvency matters.
* Advocacy experience is advantageous.
* Strong negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload under the guidance of the Partner, ensuring efficient progress of files.
* Provide supervisory support to junior team members.
* Engage in business development activities and attend relevant events.
* Possess a positive and ambitious demeanor.
* Thrive in time-sensitive situations while maintaining effectiveness.
