Duties
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly
* Maintain organised filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
* Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Handle clerical duties including typing, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
* Support financial tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Experience in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accuracy
* Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and precision
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential
* Previous clerical experience will be beneficial in managing day-to-day operations
