TransUnion is a major credit reference agency, and we offer specialist services in fraud, identity and risk management, automated decisioning and demographics. We support organisations across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.

What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team.

Day to Day You’ll Be

1. Uses business software applications (e.g. word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquires.

2. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls/visitors, mail and email as required.

3. Maintains files and records

4. Arrange business travel, within the UK and international • Diary management • Coordinates meeting arrangements

5. Co-ordinating the organisation of business functions, and some social events for the team

6. Complete expense submissions on behalf of leadership team • Invoice creation/administration

7. Production of presentations and board reports

Essential Skills & Experience:

8. Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

9. Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions and prioritise

10. Highest level of confidentiality, integrity, professionalism

11. Excellent organisational and administrative skills • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills

12. A proactive and flexible approach to work

13. Ability to liaise at an executive level and to work under pressure

14. Able to form professional relationships with people at all levels

15. Strong attention to detail

16. Open, honest and diplomatic

17. Able to manage a busy workload
