What You’ll Do
As a General Manager, this is your hotel—your team, your culture, your results.
* Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
* Create a culture where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of their work.
* Lead by example—whether that’s celebrating wins or stepping in to support during busy moments.
* Oversee all day‑to‑day operations (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and more).
* Keep your finger on the pulse of the hotel—what’s working, what’s not, and where to improve.
* Use data (occupancy, RevPAR, guest scores) to drive smart decisions.
* Set the tone for service—warm, responsive, and genuine.
* Resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully.
* Look for ways to go beyond expectations and create memorable stays.
* Own your budget and performance.
* Identify opportunities to grow revenue and manage costs.
* Partner with sales to bring business through the door.
* Build relationships in your local community.
* Represent your hotel with pride—internally and externally.
* Collaborate with partners, clients, and brand teams.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership experience in hotel operations (GM, AGM, or similar).
* A track record of driving results—both people and financial.
* Confidence in decision‑making and problem‑solving.
* The ability to balance the big picture with the day‑to‑day details.
* A hands‑on leadership style—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
