Overview
Role & What’s in it for the applicant and why would they apply?
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career engineer to join a network-focused technical support team, working on enterprise environments rather than general IT.
The role is designed for someone who is genuinely interested in networking, not cloud, not general IT support — someone who wants to build a long-term career in routing, switching, and network security.
You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting Cisco-based networks and Fortinet security environments, working in a structured shift pattern that gives you plenty of time off while still developing your technical skills.
The business places a strong emphasis on attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn, and will support you with certifications and structured development.
This is not a role for someone coasting — they are specifically looking for someone who wants to improve, progress, and build a career.
