Candidates suited to this role will possess the following:-
* Ideally 5-6 years experience of MIG welding
* A minimum of 3 years experience of TIG welding
* Must be proficient in the use of both stainless and aluminium
* Must have the ability to fabricate and assemble metal components accurately
Duties will be to:-
* Weld and fabricate metal components according to technical drawings
* To assemble and fit metal components using various welding techniques
* To cut and assemble components using various tools / equipment
* To be able to read and interpret technical drawings
* To perform quality checks on finished products - ensuring specifications are met
* Work to BS EN 1090-1 standards
Candidates need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work with structural steel and architectural metalwork
