Expectations
• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent cyber security projects and workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with programme objectives.
• Quickly assess the status of in flight initiatives, establish clear plans, and implement effective project controls.
• Support the organisation's journey toward NIS/CAF compliance, working closely with internal teams and outsourced delivery partners.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and reporting across governance, operational security, incident response, and resilience-related activities.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business units, external partners, and senior leadership to maintain momentum and clear communication
Requirements
• Proven experience delivering cyber security projects within complex or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of GRC, cyber operations, incident response, and security transformation.
• Ability to quickly assimilate technical and organisational context and bring structure to partially established workstreams.
