JOB TITLE – Primary School Teacher
About The School
Prospero Teaching is looking for a Primary School Teacher to teach at one of our Primary schools over in Fareham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young students, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans for students with diverse learning needs.
* Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student success.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
* Organise and supervise extracurricular activities, school trips, and special events.
Contract Details
* Location – Fareham
* Position – Primary School Teacher
* Contract type – Temp to Perm
* Full time/part time – Full time
* Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate £150 per day
* Hours – 8:30 am – 4pm, plus parents evenings
To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
