The Cornwall Children's Community Speech and Language Therapy service has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our West Cornwall Team following a retirement of a long-standing team member. This is a perfect opportunity for someone either looking to relocate or step into a specialist role. You will hold a 0-18 years old mixed community caseload and offer support in education settings, through home visits and clinic appointments in the West Cornwall area. The service offers both assessment and intervention, in addition to consultation and training. You will also hold a small specialist caseload of children requiring treatment related to cleft palate and lip. You will work closely with the specialist link therapist in the Truro clinic and receive regular supervision and guidance from them. Prior experience in the area of cleft is not essential as training will be provided.

Minimum Requirements:
* Experience working with a range of clinical needs and knowledge of the education system.
* Enjoy working on service development projects with peers.
* Some experience mentoring or supervising either student SaLTs or support workers.
* Passionate about developing skills in the area of cleft palate.
