PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• Due to the continued international growth and success of the Firm, we are looking for an additional individual to join the Rates & Data Management Team, contributing to the success of managing the firmwide Rates and Client Data information for the UK and international offices.

THE TEAM
• The Group Finance team supports and drives the financial success of Addleshaw Goddard.
• We strive to deliver a first class service to our stakeholders and to be a great team to work with and be part of.
• The Group Finance team comprises business professionals across a range of disciplines including Financial Control, Tax, Procurement, Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis, Credit Control, Accounts Payable, Legal Billing and Legal Cashiering.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
• Data review and input of the Firm's client rates, building sufficient knowledge to critically assess input of rates and liaising with stakeholders where necessary
• Supporting the business in their data requests and assisting in their understating and interpretation of data
• Supporting the Rates & Data Management Analysts and Team Leaders to complete tasks that are provided
• Stakeholder liaison - building relations and working with teams that either input or use data from 3E to ensure processes are running smoothly
• Utilising the team service desk dashboard to ensure all requests to the team are categorised and completed accordingly
• Understanding the firms rate structures both current/historic and assessing risk/impact within company requests
• Maintaining client records to a high level of detail and accuracy
• Providing support for upcoming projects, firm changes and key annual events
• Ensuring compliant with the Firm's regulatory obligations and the firm's own policies and procedures
• Ownership of the Rates & Data management process, including process guides and internal training
YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Strong IT skills, preferably Excel and 3E experience
• Previous experience of working in a finance and/or legal environment
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to build effective relationships
