As part of this team, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to technical financial cases and playing a key role in delivering high-quality client service.
We’re working with a highly successful, independent wealth planning company in Guildford that’s seeking an experienced IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator to join their dedicated, close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a company that truly values teamwork, offers mentorship, and provides full support for exam progression and a route through to paraplanning—should you wish to pursue it.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively preparing for client meetings, ensuring all materials and reports are ready
* Coordinating with Advisers to provide outstanding service to clients
* Organising annual reviews for clients and scheduling these into the Advisers' diaries
* Processing new business and handling client documentation
* Managing the Advisers' inbox and keeping everything running smoothly
