We have an exciting opportunity for a Wayleaves Specialist to join us on a temporary contract for up to 12 months, (subject to review) based at HinckleyYou will be responsible for the negotiation of specialist consents, wayleaves, easements and agreements in respect of the location of distribution assets, to settle significant damage claims. In addition, you will be required to identify training needs of your own and other team members and provide training as necessary in estates and survey related matters.As part of our hybrid working approach this role offers a mix of office and home working.
