Contribute to assessment and record-keeping, providing detailed observations to track progress and inform planning.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a school setting.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.

A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.

Understanding of safeguarding procedures and commitment to promoting the welfare of children.

Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential).
