Marketing Manager
We are recruiting an experienced, all‑rounder Marketing Manager to join a growing technology and engineering‑focused organisation based in Cambridge. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys leading marketing activity end‑to‑end and working closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams.
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering marketing strategy while remaining actively involved in execution across content, digital, brand, campaigns, and communications. The role is ideal for a proactive marketer who is comfortable operating in a product‑led, technical environment and translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning and delivering the marketing strategy aligned to business and product objectives
Managing brand positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market campaigns
Developing content for websites, digital channels, sales materials, and thought leadership
Supporting product launches and working closely with engineering and product teams
Managing digital performance, including website, SEO, analytics, and campaigns
Overseeing external suppliers and partners where required
Providing insight and reporting on marketing performance and pipeline impactWe are looking for someone who brings:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a senior all‑round marketing role
Background in a tech, engineering, or product development environment
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and product‑led organisations
Confidence working across strategy and delivery
