We are currently working with a growing broadband provider who are expanding their installation teams across various locations in the Highlands as they continue to roll out fibre to rural communities. This is a great opportunity for someone hands-on, customer-focused, and looking to build a career in fibre - full training can be provided. The Role: You’ll be working on the front line, installing fibre connections directly into customers’ homes and helping bring high-speed broadband to rural areas. Working to a scheduled diary, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: · Installing Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) connections · Pulling/blowing fibre cables from cabinets or chambers to properties · Carrying out light excavation works in customer gardens · Clearing blockages through soft dig methods · Working on overhead networks where required · Completing internal installations and setting up equipment (CPE) · Testing connections and ensuring everything is fully operational · Talking customers through the service and answering any questions · Maintaining a high standard of customer service on every job What we’re looking for: · Good communication and customer service skills · Comfortable with manual work and working outdoors · Willingness to work at height when required · Full UK driving licence (essential) · Positive attitude and willingness to learn (training provided) Benefits: · Discretionary quarterly bonus · Subsidised gym membership · 32 days holiday · 5% enhanced employer pension contribution Evening and occasional weekend work may be required, and a disclosure check will be carried out due to the nature of the role.
