I am recruiting several CARING and PASSIONATE Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service, which is located in the Brecon area, supports adults aged between 18 - 65. The service is looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support.
* Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 (including sleeps) Plenty of overtime available!
* Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week 1 sleep per week
* Contract: Permanent
* Shifts: A variety of shifts including optional sleeps including weekends
* Location: Brecon

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for the following:
* Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
* Ensuring the safety of the service users.
* Following care plans for each individual.
* Taking service users out into the community.
* Participating in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
* Varying levels of personal care.
Requirements:
* No experience is required.
* Must be resilient.
* Drivers ESSENTIAL due to location
* Candidates must be happy to do personal care
* NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
