Purpose:
Deliver, manage, support, and train on EDM and related software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install and configure EDM software to time, budget, and quality
2. Manage projects and client communications
3. Provide user training and documentation
4. Deliver ongoing software/database support within SLAs
5. Assist pre-sales with solution design and proposals
6. Identify opportunities to enhance delivery and support
Essential Experience & Skills:
7. 3+ years delivering software solutions & support
8. Strong database (T-SQL) & IIS configuration experience
9. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
10. Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204)
11. Experience with EDM solutions
12. PRINCE2 or similar project management certification
13. Commercial awareness and vendor coordination
