Luceco Group is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to lead our LED Retail Luminaire category across trade, retail, and international markets.

What You’ll Do
* Own and manage our retail LED luminaire ranges from concept to launch
* Build and execute product roadmaps & NPI projects
* Track market trends, customer insights, and regulatory developments
* Collaborate closely with our Far East manufacturing partners
* Create and oversee pricing, packaging, instructions, datasheets & sales tools
* Maintain accurate product data in internal PIM systems
* Present new ranges, run training sessions, and support sales/customer visits
* Ensure all products meet testing, compliance & quality standards
* Report into and collaborate with the Head of Sourcing on project milestones
You’re a commercially minded product professional with a strong technical understanding and a genuine passion for LED lighting.
You ideally have:
* Experience in LED lighting or similar electrical product categories
* Knowledge of retail supply chains
* Understanding of testing, compliance & regulatory frameworks
* 2–3+ years in product management
A degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering or similar is desirable but not essential.
